The missile struck right in the heart of the city: Kramatorsk, Ukraine. Given that it's a densely populated area, and unexpected missile strike, it can be extremely dangerous for citizens just going about their daily life. Moscow's attack on Kramatorsk came after a top Kyiv official said that Russia is gearing up for a "maximum escalation".
