Death toll at more than 7,000 after 7.8 magnitude earthquake hits southeastern Turkey and northeastern Syria. The Earthquake was centered in the town of Pazarcik in Turkey's southeastern Kahramanmaras province and was later hit by several aftershocks. At least 1,872 were killed in government and rebel-controlled areas of Northeastern Syria.
