Thousands of Argentina citizens held a mass protest against the government and President Fernandez de Kirchner because of a government proposal that would allow voters to choose the magistrates who would appoint and remove judge. Citizens fear that this would politicize the judiciary. The protests was to also make aware to the government of the high inflation, crimes, and perceived corruption that the government is doing nothing about.
