North Korea warns embassies to prepare themselves

In the growing potential for conflict between North Korea and the United States, North Korea has warned all of the embassies in its capital that their safety is not guaranteed if a conflict were to occur.  This warning was issued because of the tension between North Korea and the United States and South Korea.  Russia and the United Kingdom have not taken extra security measures at their embassies despite North Korea's warning, and South Korea has sent two ships to North Korea's coasts, with missiles.  Ignoring the warnings appears to be due to North Korea's record of not taking military action despite what it may say; this is why no embassies have evacuated yet.  A diagram shows that North Korean missiles could reach as far as Iran and Alaska, but other countries do not appear concerned about the country taking any action at this time.
