Buddhist-Muslim tensions has lead into another tragedy leaving 8 Rohingya members, a Muslim ethnic group in Myanmar, dead! It all began when a group of 117 Rohingya refugees and 11 Buddhists, all from Myanmar, were fishing illegally in Belawan, a port city in North Sumatra
Province. It was said that the fight began when a Muslim Rohingya confronted a Buddhist fisherman about sectarian violence in Myanmar. War between Muslims and Buddhists has been consistent in the country of Myanmar for some time. The tension between the two ethnic groups is now spreading throughout many other cities in Myanmar. Now the government tries to enforce democracy as it is concerned and fear security threat for the region.
