China said that they are organizing resources nationwide to take action against the new trace of the bird flu by observing hundreds of close encounters of proved cases. Tens of thousands of birds were observed and no signs of the virus were found. The bird flu outbreak has caused global worry but the head of China's National Health and Family Planning Commission, Li Bin, told the press on the sidelines of a World Health Organization-backed event in Beijing, "We are confident we can effectively control it (H7N9)."
