This article is about the United States delaying a test of intercontinental ballistic which was scheduled for next week. The US does not want to increase tensions with North Korea after the following events that have occurred the past few days. The Pentagon does not want to create any situations that can be perceived as acts of aggression. North Korea's actions have led the US and South Korea's military to begin exercises. North Korea's government may be using the delay in testing as propaganda to increase further support for actions and strengthen image of Kim Jung-un.
