Cutback in drone attacks in Pakistan to enable peace talks

The Obama administration has decided to cutback on drone attacks in Pakistan.  A request was made by the Pakistani government to cutback on the drones to enable peace talks between them and the Pakistani Taliban.  There has been a period without attacks since December because of the November strike that killed Pakistani leader, Hakimullah Mehsud.  Since the strike, the Obama administration has been trying to better relations with Pakistan.  The talks with Pakistani Taliban have been postponed since some leaders within the Taliban have declined to attend.  The drone attacks have currently been stalled in Pakistan, but still continue in Yemen.  Although the strikes are aimed at terrorist organizations, the strikes have killed civilians.  President Obama has spoke about his intentions are not for innocent bystanders to be killed, but to strike the terrorist organizations.
