The Prime Minister of Lebanon (Tammam Salam) has announced the formation of a cabinet after 11 months of tension. The cabinet is fairly diverse in its members, with some members representing the Hezbollah. The cabinet's composition has been criticized as being unstable, and will most likely not accomplish any significant ground in relation to the situation in Syria (due to the different political composition supporting supporting the government on one side and rebel groups on the other). The situation in Syria will continue to be an issue in Lebanon as there are a significant number of Syrian refugees in the country.
