Ukraine: Parliament chief takes presidential power.

Apparently after Ukraine’s president Yanukovish fled, the parliament the parliament has voted to hand presidential powers to the parliament speaker. A vote denounced and reject by Yanucovych who qualifies the vote as unfair and further argue that the a “flurry” parliament decisions are illegal in the current situation. It is not surprising to see Yanukovych opposed the vote as the house speaker, Turchinov who has been elected by the parliament is a close ally of the former jailed minister Tymoshenko who is the main foe of President Yanukovych. It is interesting to see how the situation is evolving in Ukraine especially now that the presidential powers have been handed over to Turchinov. If she stays in power till the elections we are more likely to see the emergence of a pro-western government as opposed to Yanukovych. We can always speculate, but again the truth of the matter is that revolutions evolve constantly and we never know truly, for sure where the revolution is going to drive the country. At this very moment, I anticipate that the West will congratulate the Ukrainian people for the change they've made , while Russia will more likely blame the West and it's "invisible hands"(Term used by Russia) in the situation.
