Just a few days after the protesters left the City Hall in Kiev and what looked for a possible compromise between the Parliament and common people, erupted into a full out conflict leaving many injured and a possibility of three more dead protesters. The protesters have been stations outside the City Hall at the Independence Square. The request that were made by protesters was for the Parliament to vote on trimming the presidents power which would conclude some sort of political settlement. Not only was there no solution or trimming of the presidents power, the Parliament wasn't even able to cast a vote. The violence once again broke out with people barracking the police, throwing stones at the police offices. A protester was interviewed saying that they have been in protests for about three months now and they are once again at a dead end and don't know what to do. Outsiders in Europe aren't labeling this as a civil war but rather a dictator versus the common people conflict. A retired Ukrainian diplomat states that the Parliament had a chance to come to some sort of political solution or at least begin to ease the tension but with the vote not even taking place to reduce the presidents power, violence will only continue in the streets of Ukraine. The tension between the dictator and the people as many Europeans are defining this conflict is not going to be settled at easy or anytime soon either when Russia is now aiding Ukraine financially which only pushes Ukraine towards Russia, leaving more protests in rage of what is happening with in Ukraine's government.
