Syria to participate in 2nd round of peace talks

Syria agreed on friday that they would participate in a second round of peace talks. There are to be evacuations put into action in the upcoming days to evacuate civilians of the city of Homs. The agreement noted that women, civilians over 55, and children under the age of 15 are allowed to leave the city if they agree not to take up arms against the Syrian government. After the evacuations take place a U.N. convoy carrying supplies will be allowed to enter into Homs, the first one in over a year. The Syrian government said that they would supply the evacuees with necessary supplies and allow for supplies to be let into the city of Homs to the 2500 or so people there.
