Ex-teacher arrested in Japan says he paid for sex with over 12,000 women

A retired Japanese school principal,Yuhei Takashima, was arrested for having sex with more than 12000 women between 1988 and now, with some of those women being as young as 13 to 14. The man arrested is now 64, and from 1988 to 1991, he was a Japanese junior high school principal in Manila, Philippine and there he have been paying for sex since then.
