Sicilain fishing boat seized by Libyan government

The country of Libya seized a Sicilian fishing boat that they claimed had breached their waters and sovereignty.  Libya says that the vessel was captured in a peaceful operation with no injuries or shots fired. Hours after being captured, the boat was peacefully taken back by the Italian navy, and all 7 crew members were unharmed. This is the twelfth seizure of this kind since 2005. Libya's security situation added to the concern with the safety of the crew. Libyan parliament is separated with both sides back by rival militias.
