Russia is causing problems again...

According to a CNN report, a Russian Jet intercepted a U.S. Spy plane over international waters. Russia claims the plane was on a trajectory that would enter Russia shortly and had the transponder turned off. The U.S. claims that the transponder was on and that they were in international waters just north of Poland. It seems that Russia and the U.S. just can't get along on the international stage.
