According to this article, two separate blasts that were set off in Coptic Christian churches in Egypt killed a total of 44 people between the two churches. The article claims that Islamic State took credit for the blasts, as well as other attacks in the area. These attacks have led to many christian families in the area fleeing northern Sinai as they lose faith in their government's ability to protect them.
