North Korea not talking to South Korea

This article is about the North Korea conflict with South Korea and the United States.  In the latest news in the conflict, North Korea has refused to talk to South Korea to try for peace.  Many experts still think that North Korea's threats are still rhetoric, but many believe that North Korea will fire one of their missiles as a test to see if it can reach the American territory of Guam.  North Korea has also pulled more than 50,000 of their workers from their joint factories and have cut off South Koreans from the territory.  South Korea is trying to get some peace with North Korea in order to keep the factory open and functioning.
