White House signs off on new aid for Syrian rebels

President Obama signed off on another package of nonlethal aid that will be given to the Syrian rebels. This has been done in an attempt to change the balance on the battlefield in Syria. The aid will consist of mainly defensive items such as body armor and night vision goggles, things of that manner. It does not include weapons and other high end gear which the rebels are seeking after.
