Donald Trump: I would have prevented 9/11

In a recent appearance on Fox News Sunday, Donald Trump claimed that if he were President, the 9/11 attacks would not have happened. According to Trump, the main reason he could have prevented it from happening was that he is strict on immigration. He goes on to state, "So there's a good chance that those people would not have been in our country." Though he did not want to blame George Bush for the attacks, Trump questioned Jeb Bush on the intentions on his brothers actions in the Middle East. Jeb Bush responded by stating Trump is not someone who is serious about foreign relations. If elected President, Trump's views on immigration could possibly cause friction when it comes to foreign policies.
