The article talks about how Russia is attacking Syrian hospitals. This last attack makes this the third hospital that has been bombed. The Syrian-American Medical Society state that it was Russian warplanes were the culprits in the attacks on the hospitals.
Russia is actually denying that they had anything to do with the bombings of the hospitals. Russia had started their airstrikes back in September to help out the government of Bashar al-Assad. The airstrikes were targeting rebel groups in certain areas, including ones that are being supported by the United States. Russia also states that they neer had used cluster ammunitions, but Assad`s regime has used cluster bombs in the past.
