This article discuss the recent executive orders signed by President Trump. His goal is to get the coal industry moving again and put those workers back to work. However, coal is declining no matter what Trump wants to happen. Also, other nations despite Trump's executive orders are still pursuing a greener future. The world is moving to a more renewable sustainable sources of energy with or without the United States because it is making more economical sense. In essence Trump's policies rally do not matter that much because even with the Obama administration we were not headed towards decarbonization. Nevertheless, the world is going green and things are getting better (even though it needs to be happening faster).
