Explosion in Metro St. Petersburg

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-39481770

In Russia's second largest city, St. Petersburg, there has recently been a massive metro explosion. So far, causes for the explosion are so far, still being investigated, with Vladimir Putin stating that terrorism is also being considered. This explosion has counted for 20 injured and 11 deaths. It has also been said that Andrei Przhezdomsky, the head of the committee has said that the explosion was caused by an unidentified device. There had also been another explosive device in a different area of the metro that later was debunked, saying there was only one explosion. Although there haven't been many attacks before, there was a terrorist attack both in 2009 and 2010 before, both which were claimed by terrorist Islamist groups.
