In this BBC-News article, it talks about a small country in south America, Paraguay. The people have taken to the streets, and protesting about a bill presented by the Paraguay president, Horacio Cartes to lift a bill that limits presidential term limits. Twenty-five senators had met secretly and approved the bill. Now people have taken to the streets and protesting, the protested burned the parliament, and attacked the senators offices. Before 1992, Paraguay was run by a dictator, and after removing the dictator, the government made a bill that said a president can serve only one-term 5 years. Paraguay people want to live in democracy, and enjoy freedom, they see that by removing the bill, the democracy institutions, and they don't want to go back to the ways when their country was run by a military ruler.
