Burma allows labor union and strikes

The Burma signed a new law, which permits unions with over 30 members and strikes with notice period, was signed at first time from 1962. At the same time, this law put penalties on employers and employees who act against the rule. Although some are suspicious whether unions will work effectively as many labor activists are still in prison, human rights groups regard this move positively.
