Libya's new rulers declare country liberated

According to the BBC News, Libya's transitional government declared national liberation. Thousands of people gathered at the Freedom Square to hear the speech of Mustafa Abdul Jalil.
According to the NTC's investigation, the post-mortem showed that Gaddafi was shot in the head which resulted in his death. Gaddafi and his sons body have been put on public display in Misrata.

NTC deputy Abdel Hafiz Ghoga in his speech said, ''"Declaration of Liberation. Raise your head high. You are a free Libyan."Before the speech Abdul Jalil bowed to thank God for the victory. Also he thanked everyone who had participated in the revolution including the rebel fighters, journalists as well as business men. He also stated that the new Libya will be under the Islamic laws. "Today we are one flesh, one national flesh. We have become united brothers as we have not been in the past," he said. He also wished the protesters in Yemen and Syria victory. Elections are to be held in June next year and the new elected body will draft a constitution.
