Prisoners in jail of Israel to be released

In Israel, 477 prisoners are to be released in trade of soldiers held by militant, Hamas, one of major political groups in Palestine. Although some of the most important criminals such as bomb manufacturing and assassination of government minister of Israel will not be released, because majority of who were released were convicted as manslaughter, a market research shows that most citizens feel that releasing those prisoners will take a great risk of security.
About 200 of those prisoners will be sent to Gaza, Qatar, or Turkey and some of them will be exiled. A few is allowed to return home in West Bank after three years. Additionally, 550 more inmates are to be freed in two months but the names are yet not announced.
Reacting to negative critics toward freeing prisoners in Israel, Palestinians insist that most of those inmates are nonviolent as they have been convicted in trials of Israeli military by using secret evidences which would have been against international law.
The Israeli soldiers taken by Hamas, named Gilad Shalit, have been kept more than five years in Gaza. It is reported that years have passed since Israel have been negotiating for release of Gilad Shalit.
