The director of the United Nation's World Food Program said that if the worlds top billionaires should donate a fraction of their worth to save millions of people who are starving to death. The second wealthiest person in the world, Elon Musk said he would donate money if they could show him exactly how it would be used. Last year the WFP spent in $8.4 billion which it says reached 115 million people with food assistance, they need 6 billion now (2% of Elon Musks worth) to prevent "geopolitical instability, mass migration and save 42 million people on the brink of starvation".
