The article talks about how the People's Republic of China censored Peng Shuai after she published a post on Weibo saying that she was forced into a sexual relation with Zhang Gaoil. The government quickly deleted the post and any other traces that might lead to it. However, it is not the first time that the government censored an athlete for sharing his/her thoughts. Last year China's professional soccer player Hao Haidong was al censored after he openly called for the removal of China's ruling Communist Party. Peng Shuai has not been seen in public and neither social media for the last 2 weeks. The government has censored any comments on any social media referring to the missing tennis player. People are worried that she is not safe.
