Kyle Rittenhouse Acquitted On All Counts

Illinois teen, Kyle Rittenhouse, shot 3 people in the summer of 2020 at a Black Lives Matter protest in Kenosha, WI, killing 2 and injuring 1. His case has sparked international interest and an abundance of media attention. After a grueling trial and after much public debate, Rittenhouse was found not guilty on all charges. This verdict has sparked worldwide outrage, with many pointing out how the justice system is designed to benefit white people, no matter if they're guilty or not. Rittenhouse's verdict is white privilege exemplified,  as even after committing murder, he is allowed to live free and attend college, whereas people of color have been shot and killed merely for existing.
