China has just launched a strategy to include culture into its global market to develop its current economic and technological growth. Consequently, The Communist Party of China proposes “The National Economic and Social Development Plan” with a view to its maximum long-term scope until 2035. In order to achieve this goal, China is using technology and also relaxing its restrictive measures on trade. China's main purposes are, firstly, to consolidate its international relations, and secondly, to activate its cultural trade, gain more weight in the global scenario, and at the same time, become a relevant actor in International Relations.
At the current situation, China enjoys exponential economic growth, and great participation in economic communities such as ASEAN. However, the dilemma now is whether China will manage to maintain its strategy to date proposed, and above all, if it will manage to avoid a competitive conflict with giants such as the United States.
