Hurricane Fiona has already wreaked havoc on Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, and is now moving up the Atlantic coast of Canada. The region could potentially receive up to ten inches of rain, as predicted by meteorologists. Hurricanes typically don't reach such severity in Canada because of the colder northern waters, but Canadians are being urged to brace themselves for the oncoming storm.
