President Vladimir Putin of Russia declares the annexation of four territories of the Ukrainian region.
Those are precisely : Donetsk and Lugansk regions in the east, and Kherson and Zaporiyia in the south. After being submitted to referendum, held from September 23 to 27, Putin reaffirms his position regarding the control of these populations.
Consequently, today (friday), the Kremlin, with the figure of Putin, formalizes in a ceremony the illegal annexation of the above-mentioned territories. This will be a turning point in the international community since this action is clearly denounced by the international system and by all the actors and organizations that share the global system.
