In July of this year Japan's longest ruling PM was shot and killed. Today the funeral was held. Even thought PM Shinzo Abe was widely loved among the people of Japan and their allies there was controversies over the hosting of a Sate Funeral. The funeral in total costs about $10.7m, one person said that the money spent for the funeral would have been better spent somewhere else, like helping the people of Japan recover from the typhoon. Most of the people who opposed the funeral were the older generation. Prime Minister Abe had a very forward way of thinking which appealed to the younger generation. He was a big factor of "The Quad" which is an alliance between the US, Japan, India, and Australia.
