Argentine President Poised for Re-election: Polls

Argentine President Cristina Fernandez is on pace for re-election at the polls in Argentina. Fernandez support now at 53.2 % in the latest monthly survey. President Fernandez is more than 40 points ahead of Socialist governor Hermes Binner.
President Fernandez is a leftist and won just over 50% of votes in the August primary. The primary in recent years in Argentina have been very accurate in who wins the election in Argentina. Binner voter support is at 12.4% but has gone up 11.6% over the last month. In third place in both major polls in Argentina is Ricardo Alfonsin a social democratic legislator, who moved up 2% percent in the polls.
Fernandez decided to chose a new vice president along her journey to be re-elected in October, Minister Amado Boudou. Boudou wants to continue with the current polices on a powerful government hand in the economy. Also encouraging on the support to bring more trade to Argentina to help boost the economy.
With the economic growth in Argentina Fernandez is enjoying being a up in the polls. Many suggest is it is to hard to compete with Fernandez because of the challenges she has faced with the public sympathy following the death of her husband a year ago. All she needs is 45% of the votes to give her a victory in the first-round of the election, its an Argentina election law to guaranteed victory. Fernandez is sitting very comfortable in being re-elected as Argentina President for another term.
