Red Cross is Finally Able to Provide Supplies to Libyan Hospital
The Red Cross delivered supplies to the hometown of Moammar Gahdafi. The rebel forces were firing indiscriminately and the hospital in the town received many blows. The hospital reported that many people were dying because of a lack of supplies. It is good to see that humanitarian aid is finally able to reach the hospital because the Red Cross has been unable to reach for it two weeks. This is an example of one of the unexpected consequences for civillians caught in the midst of the civil unrest. Hopefully peace will be restored to Libya in the near future.
