In what seems to be plea of mercy to the Chinese ultimately ends in unprofessional offensive comments. When Argentina's president came to visit China to ask for help in the form of money she openly mocked them in a tweet. Her tweet was a very offensive stereo type of the Chinese none were to happy. This goes to show just how serious and worried Argentina's president must be to humor about another race while also asking for help which they desperately need. Although Chinese officials have not officially responded her behavior is simply inappropriate for a head of state.
