Migrants are feared in their journeys

According to the article, about 300 migrants were feared dead while they were heading to Europe from Libya. Just More than 110 people survived and arrived on the Italian Island, but many people seemed to pass away during their way to Europe. Some of them died because of hypothermia. In world level, since 2000, more than 40,000 migrants have died during their journeys, and half of them were heading to Europe. The largest population of migrants is people from Syria because they have tried to escape from their four-year civil war.
Immigration problem is now one of the most important issues in the world because it is the problem not only for developed countries but also for developing countries. For developed countries, they are worried about the influence of their safety or economy by immigrants, and it is difficult to introduce the system for accepting immigrants (both legal and illegal immigrants). For developing countries they lose their people who could contribute to their economical development. I think to solve this problem, we should consider solving domestic problems in the countries such as Syria because People try to move to other countries because their domestic issues such as civil war. Even if we solved such kind of safety problems, people might try to move to developed countries, but the number of people would decrease. I think to consider immigrants problem, we should focus on what is happening in their countries carefully.
