Isis although seemed to only target children and women of non Islamic culture are now targeting christians. Isis has made a bold statement in beheading 21 christians in Libya the statement by many is seen as an attack on christianity. The video of the beheadings is used as propaganda. Egyptian officials have confirmed that 21 workers working in the christian ministries have been reported missing and evidence is likely to lead that the 21 workers were the ones to be beheaded. This shows Isis has extreme means to prove its point and increase its fear across many cultures because it seems they are targeting all cultural groups.
