US citizen Muhammed Darwis B is an alleged Islamic State militant. He was denied entry into Greece after being expelled from Turkey and does not wish to return to the US. Turkey has about 2,000 captured IS militants in its prisons since foreign governments don't want to take back their citizens who left to fight in Iraq and Syria. Turkey previously took responsibility for sending foreign militants back to their respective countries but many countries have since stripped them of citizenship. Now, Turkey has begun to expel foreign militants from their country in an effort to get help from other countries to deal with this issue.
