It has been released today November 24th by Josh Dawsey, Carol D. Leonning and Tom Hamburger the article "White House review turns up emails showing extensive effort to justify Trump's decision to block Ukraine military aid". In this article it explains how hundreds of documents have turned up due to the impeachment inquiry, that are trying to justify whether or not the hold on Ukraine's military aid was legal or not. White House lawyers have even reviewed the exchange and are concerned this could "embarrass" the president and possibly pose legal problems. The concern was that the hold on the military aid did not take its proper steps and was not approved by congress through the congressional Budget and Impoundment Act. It is interesting to see how this will affect Trumps image and the impact how his impeachment hearings. Trump continues to deny all accusations and the impeachment inquiry as a "hoax".
