North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has claimed that North Korea will use its arsenal of nukes against any country unless North Korea's sovereignty is encroached upon by any aggressive hostile forces with nukes. This is an attempt by Kim Jong Un to try to normal relations with more countries around the world that respect North Korea and wants to be friendly with them. Also, this plays into the goal of denuclearization that Kim Jong Un stated he supports. Kim Jong Un also wants to improve the relationship between North and South Korea, yet he has said things like this before that resulted in no changes.
