On Sunday, Kim Jong Un gave a three-hour speech that was broadcasted through all of North Korea. In his speech, Kim Jong Un made a statement about his five-year plan to help his countries struggling economy. Kim's plan does not seem to have much detail, but he said he wanted a greater focus on industries of factory automation, increase in coal output, mechanizing agriculture. Most of this three-hour speech focused mainly on the struggle that North Korea has been through and how far they had come. During this speech, Kim mentioned that North Korea would not use their nuclear weapons unless they were provoked.
