The struggle in the Arab world

There are many problems in the Arab world today. In Tunisia, the only democracy that is somewhat left in the country is close to crumbling because of the awful violence that is spreading over from neighboring countries, and some of the citizens are joining ISIS. I thought that was bad and then I read about the civil wars in Libya, Syria, and Yemen. Syria is by far the worst with between 250,000 and 500,000 civilians being killed. This article stuck out to me because I did not realize how bas some of the countries in the area were doing. All of this violence is negatively impacting everything and nobody is benefiting from it.
