Brussels terrorists initially planned to attack in France

Recently, prosecutors involved with the investigation regarding the ISIS attack on Brussels has revealed that their attack was initially planned for their second attack on Paris, France on more high-profile targets. It was found that when the terrorists became aware of how quickly French investigators were closing in on suspects they decided to change their course of action. This information came forward as the third suspect, "The Man in the Hat," was arrested for participation in terrorist activities, terrorist murders, and attempt to commit terrorist murders, this man was also tied through surveillance footage and DNA as being involved on the November attack on Paris. Both the Brussels and Paris attack show the extensive and sophisticated terrorist networking within thriving European cities.
