Over 7000 Citizens March In Solidarity in Brussels in Retaliation for the Recent Terror Threat

A "calm and silent" march in solidarity was utilized by activists who want to send a message to the terror group, ISIS, who attacked Brussels on March 22.

The goal of the march is presumably to send a message to terrorists, both homeland and abroad, that the citizenry of Belgium will not be afraid to stand up against the threat of terrorism. Hassan Bousetta, one of the leading organizers of the march, stated "all citizens should stand up to express their disgust and solidarity [to the terror attacks]".  There were people of every religious faith in attendance, and I think that that is an important detail to note when looking at the unfair persecution people of certain religious backgrounds face due to the actions of others of the same faith.
