A court in Ukraine sentenced two Russian men to 14 years imprisonment for attacks against Ukraine. Accused of being disguised Russian military, the two men were wounded and captured last summer. Russia denies any association with them, but evidence since their captured has been somewhat conflicting in nature. The official response by Russia is that both men had resigned from the military before fighting as civilian soldiers in a separatist group. Officials on both sides say a prisoner exchange for a Ukrainian pilot imprisoned in Russia is the most likely outcome.
