Houthi Agree to Cease-Fire

Saudi-Arabians who have been bombing the Yemen rebel group the "Houthi" since March 2015 have agreed to comply to a cease-fire agreement that starts at 11:59 pm (GMT) Sunday night. They agreed to adhere by the cease-fire unless violations are committed, in which they reserve the right to respond. The Houthi also agreed to abide by the cease-fire in a personal statement with the right to respond in case of any violation. This is a very bold step forward in the path to fixing this conflict. The Saudi-led coalition is determined to keep up it's side of the cease-fire so a U.N. supervised peace talk can take place between the two sides in Kuwait. The talk will take place on April 18th, 2016. Though there were some conflicts earlier in the day, the cease-fire brings great hope to ending this conflict.
