Chemical attack in Syria: Trumps response

According to the article that I read on CNN News, Douma, a town is Syria, was the victim of a chemical attack. In the days following the attack The World Health Organization has reported that almost 500 people have seeked attention because of signs of chemical exposure. Because Russia is allies with Syria, they are denying the use of any chemical weaponry on the town of Douma. However, there are now pictures and videos that have surfaced of the actual physical damage being done by these chemicals.
President Trump tweeted earlier this morning that he plans of making Syria pay for their actions and they should be prepared for a missile attack. I’m not sure how serious he is about the impending threat of a missile attack, but I think we need to absolutely know for sure who is to blame for the attack before launching anything at anyone.
