North and South Korea Meet for Talks

This article describes some of the events of the meeting between North and South Korea.  It is the first talk between the two countries in years and people hope these talks will continue.  It details the few times Kim Jong Un has met and talked with people from other countries.  It also discusses the hope to demilitarize North Korea and have them abandon the attempts at nuclear weapons.

I am personally happy to see hope for both Korea to unite in the future, but I am disgusted at the tone of these and other articles discussing North Korea.  Many gloss over the huge human rights violations committed by Kim Jong Un and make it seem there is no plan to punish him for the decades of suffering the Kim's have put their people though.
