Sunday morning, a suicide bomber entered a voter registration center in an Afghan capital and killed at least 65 and injured over a hundred others, women and children included. The explosion was loud and destructive. This attack was a result of terrorists affiliated with the Islamic State as a rebellion against the election and those being able to vote. Those that were at the center were there to obtain IDs in order to vote in the upcoming October election. The article discussed how this was the fourth attack this week at a voter registration center.
